Kauri Health Clinic is committed to protecting your privacy. This page explains, in general terms, how we handle the personal and health information you share with us. It is provided for information only and does not form part of any contract.
Information we collect. When you contact us, book a consultation, or attend the clinic, we may collect details such as your name, contact information, appointment preferences, and the health information you choose to share. This information is used to arrange and provide your care and to communicate with you about your appointment.
How we use your information. We use your information to schedule and deliver care, respond to your enquiries, and maintain accurate clinical records. Health information is treated as confidential and is shared only with people directly involved in your care, or where required or permitted by law.
Messaging platforms. If you contact us through LINE or another messaging service, your message is handled in accordance with that platform's own terms and privacy policy in addition to ours.
Data retention and security. We retain records for as long as necessary to provide care and to meet legal and professional obligations, and we take reasonable measures to keep your information secure.
Your choices. You may contact us to ask about the information we hold about you or to update your contact preferences.

Optional advertising measurement
If you allow advertising measurement, Google Ads receives a generic appointment-request event after our form provider accepts your submission. Google may receive ad-click identifiers, your IP address and browser or device information. We do not send your name, contact details, selected service, symptoms or message to Google through this measurement. Enhanced conversions and advertising personalisation are disabled.
Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. If you consent, ad-click identifiers are stored there for up to 30 days. A temporary request receipt expires after 10 minutes and prevents page refreshes from being counted again. You can change your choice through Cookie preferences at the bottom of the page. Declining does not affect booking. Google handles information it receives under its own privacy policy.
